    • Healthcare – Physiotherapy and online consultation services via InnerCure.

    • Marketplace – A multi-vendor eCommerce platform for products and services.

    • Software Solutions – ERP and digital tools for institutions (EduTech, HospiTech, etc.).

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2. Services

  • All educational, healthcare, and digital solutions are provided by qualified professionals and verified partners.

  • Marketplace vendors are responsible for the quality, pricing, and delivery of their own products.

  • Healthcare consultations provided online are not a substitute for emergency medical services. In case of emergencies, please visit the nearest hospital.

3. Accounts & User Responsibilities

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain services.

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or providing false details may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Orders, Appointments & Cancellations

  • Orders (Marketplace) and appointments (Healthcare/Education) can be booked through official channels of Biponi.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Biponi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

  • Payments must be made securely through authorized payment gateways, including PhonePe PG and other listed methods.

  • All payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Double deduction.

    • Failed or incomplete transactions.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Vendor & Partner Responsibilities (Marketplace)

  • Vendors must comply with local laws and ensure the quality and safety of their products.

  • Biponi acts only as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

  • Any violation of vendor policies may result in suspension from the platform.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Biponi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes in education, healthcare, or business results, as responses may vary from person to person or business to business.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on biponi.in (including logos, designs, text, images, and software) is the property of Biponi unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Biponi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
